Dear Ms. Johnson,
I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the recent cookery course I attended at your esteemed cookery school. The experience was truly delightful, and I wanted to share my feedback with you.
I thoroughly enjoyed the hands-on approach of the course, where I had the opportunity to learn various culinary techniques under the guidance of skilled instructors. The interactive sessions and practical exercises made the learning process engaging and memorable. Additionally, the emphasis on using fresh, locally sourced ingredients added an authentic touch to the entire experience.
